What is the printing method used for your tees?

My tees are printed using a sublimation process, ensuring long-lasting colors. When pressed with heat, the sublimation ink bonds permanently with the fabric. This method ensures there is no cracking or peeling of your design.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact me if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, and I'll be happy to help!

Do you accept refunds? 

No I do not. In my shop I employ a print-on-demand method, which means each product is custom-made when ordered. Refunds would result in wasted products and production, contributing to environmental waste.

How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions on how to return the item and process a replacement.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once I receive your returned item, I'll inspect it and process a replacement if necessary. The timeframe for processing returns may vary, but I strive to resolve issues quickly so you can wear your tee!

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or modify orders once they've been placed due to my print-on-demand process. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Are your tees eco-friendly?

I am committed to sustainability and strive to minimize waste in my production process. Cuntees are printed using eco-friendly inks and materials whenever possible.

How do I care for my sublimated tee?

To ensure the longevity of your tee, I recommend washing it inside out in cold water and hang to dry.  Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, as they may affect the print quality. You will also receive a Cuntees care card with your tee!

Can I customize the text on your tees

Absolutely! You can choose Cuntees custom t shirt option. There, you can fill in your requested text, font, color and placement. I can also send a mockup of your tee before it is pressed, if requested, so please ensure you provide a reliable email to receive a preview of your tee.
