Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Once we verify the problem, I will either:

• Send you a replacement item at no extra cost, OR

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for other reasons (like change of mind or fit). All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

A photo of the damaged item

A photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once we verify the damage, I will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Please note, reporting damage promptly with photos helps us file claims with the shipping carrier to improve our service.

Custom Options

Cuntees believes everyone should feel confident and expressive in their style! Currently we have the Bella Canvas Unisex Tees available in sizes S-3X. The Next Level 1580 Crop Tops are available in sizes S-2X. 

Please make sure to provide an email when ordering your custom Cuntee. I may need to ask questions or confirm things with your design. If I do not hear back within 2-3 days, I will choose what I think will look best. 

There are no refunds on custom Cuntees, all sales are final, no refunds.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
