At this time we are shipping to the United States only, this may change in the future.

Shipping time can be between 5-8 business days after fulfillment date.

Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• A photo of the damaged item

• A photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once we verify the damage, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Please note, reporting damage promptly with photos helps us file claims with the shipping carrier to improve our service.
